William A. Poore Esq.

Attorney Poore’s areas of expertise include personal injury, premise liability, business, commercial and corporate law, insurance, complex construction disputes, torts, product liability, maritime law, malpractice (medical and legal) and negligence claims.
He is an experienced trial attorney who has created a busy practice infusing all forms of alternative dispute resolution: early neutral evaluations, binding and non-binding arbitrations and mediations into his practice. He has served as a mediator for RI Superior Court Annual Settlement Week and is an ADR Panelist for US District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
He will be sharing his views on creating a robust mediation practice focused on civil litigation cases.

About RIMA Trainings:

All RIMA trainings , whether referred to as a seminar, workshop, presentation or roundtable are designed to qualify for RIMA mediator CE's and may fully qualify for CE's for attorneys, social workers and certain other professionals.

Programs are believed to qualify for the stated number of MCLE's because they:

(6) Utilize video and audio presentations only as an adjunct to oral and written presentations.
